Allanah Bedford

Fertiliser and Services Manager

Allanah began working in horticultural warehouses after high school with NZ Crop Care and was soon taken onboard with Hortigro. This led to running the show in a range of roles involving logistics, customer service and MPI compliance. Her work with kiwifruit and citrus orchards allowed her to travel around the North Island from Kerikeri to Gisborne doing soil sampling and later managing production and shipping of the base fertiliser.

Her role at Inta-Ag involves customer service, deliveries, fertiliser logistics and general all-rounder in the warehouse. In the summer months you will see Allanah managing soil and water sampling, as well as psyllid trapping.

Allanah’s main goal in life is to see the world and before the pandemic managed to travel to many places including Oman, Nepal, Cuba and Antarctica to name a few. In her spare time she is busy with a new puppy and studying maps of places to go next.
